Dewa99 is more than just a name — it is a commitment we have upheld since day one. We are here to deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online gaming experience to all players in Malaysia, backed by full 24/7 support.
Dewa99 was founded with a clear vision — to build an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. We know that local players want more than just a large game library. They want a trustworthy platform, a smooth deposit and withdrawal process, and a gaming experience that respects their time.
From day one, dewa99 has placed player satisfaction and safety as the number one priority. We invest in robust technical infrastructure, multi-layered security systems, and a well-trained customer support team so that every gaming experience at dewa99 runs smoothly without any complications.
Today, dewa99 has grown into one of the most active online gaming destinations in Malaysia. With over 500,000 registered members and numbers rising daily, we are proud to be the platform of choice for players from all walks of life — from casual players who join in on weekends to serious players seeking bigger challenges and rewards.
We do not stop there. The dewa99 development team works tirelessly to update the platform with new games, improved features and a smoother user experience. Every piece of feedback we receive from members becomes the basis for continuous improvement — because to us, players are everything.
The dewa99 founding team began planning the platform with a full focus on Malaysian players' needs — local language, currency and payment methods as the foundation of the design.
The official launch of dewa99 with a collection of casino, slot and fish shooting games. The positive response from the Malaysian gaming community encouraged us to grow even faster.
Dewa99 launched a mobile app optimised for Android and iOS, alongside the addition of sports betting, bingo and live wagering categories, all of which were met with an enthusiastic response.
Dewa99 now has over 500,000 active members, more than 1,000 games and a customer support team operating around the clock, 24 hours a day without interruption.
We do not just offer a large game selection — every aspect of dewa99 is carefully designed to deliver the best experience for Malaysian players.
All your transactions and personal data are protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Dewa99's payment system is supported by DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Deposits are processed instantly while withdrawals are completed in under 30 minutes to your bank account or digital wallet.
Dewa99 partners with world-class game providers to bring the most complete collection — live casino, slots, fish shooting, sports betting, bingo and more, all in one platform.
Our friendly and well-trained support team is ready to assist you at any time via live chat, email and WhatsApp — all in Bahasa Malaysia for your convenience.
Every game at dewa99 uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) system certified by independent international bodies, ensuring every outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated.
Whether you play through a web browser or the dewa99 app, the mobile experience is purpose-built for phone screens with intuitive controls that make every session effortless, wherever you are.
Behind the technology and games we offer lies a set of core values that guide every decision we make at dewa99. These values are not mere slogans — they are how we operate every single day.
From the very beginning, we have believed that player trust is the most valuable asset we hold. Without your trust, this platform would not exist. That is why we always prioritise transparency in every aspect of our operations — from how games work to how we handle complaints and feedback from our members.
Responsible gaming is also a core part of dewa99's DNA. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits, including deposit limits, session limits, and options to take a temporary or permanent break. We want every player to enjoy a healthy and fun gaming experience.
We operate with full transparency in every aspect — from clear bonus terms to complete transaction statements. No hidden fees, no confusing conditions.
We are always looking for new ways to enhance the player experience — from the latest gaming technology to a simpler, more intuitive interface for players of all levels.
Every decision we make starts with one question: does this benefit our players? Player satisfaction and safety always take precedence over short-term business interests.
Dewa99 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools and work with problem gambling support organisations to assist those who need help.
We are not an international platform adapted for Malaysia — we were built from the ground up for the Malaysian market, with a deep understanding of local players' needs and habits.
The dewa99 infrastructure is built for high availability with minimal downtime. Players can game with confidence, free from worries about system disruptions or data loss.
